  • The product is not marked as non-returnable or final sale.

Note: We are unable to accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. How to Return an Item

To return your item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at [email address] or [phone number] within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the product you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product. Please do not send the item back before receiving the RA number.
  3. Packaging: Carefully repackage the product in its original packaging to avoid any damage during return shipping.
  4. Ship the Item: Ship the item to the return address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is processed and the item is approved for a refund, we will:

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can follow the return process once the item is delivered.

8. International Orders

For international customers, the return and refund process is similar to domestic orders. However, customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will also be at the customer’s expense.
